Job Description

  • Focus on M&A Accounting
  • Setting up of initial Financial Statements
  • Opening balance Sheets
  • Purchase Agreements/Purchase Accounting
  • Pro-Forma Statements/Due Diligence
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts to detail
  • Support the internal and external audit process
  • Support SEC reporting team for disclosure

The Successful Applicant

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and US GAAP / FASB knowledge
  • 4+ years of experience in M&A Accounting, financial statements, opening of balance sheets general ledger accounting, corporate accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot table, vlookup & advanced functions)
  • Experienced in Oracle and Discoverer preferred
  • Must be flexible, able to work with others, detail oriented, strong communication skill.
  • Wish to learn. It is a great learning opportunity for those who want to build a career in a publicly traded holding company.
