Job Description

  • Support the onboarding of new consultants to the Practice
  • Support client specific onboarding for large engagements, working independently with client personnel on required contract administration activities
  • Assist in monitoring the practice's sales efforts by analyzing and reporting on backlog and pipeline opportunities
  • Support the Resource Management function by preparing regular staffing analyses, assisting with core staffing functions, examining weekly/monthly utilization, analyzing metrics trends over time and understanding the profile of the professionals within the practice
  • Develop reports and analyses to help manage the practice
  • Work to develop, analyze and evaluate new and novel analyses not otherwise produced
  • Assist with the financial management of the Practice. Specific responsibilities will include reporting and analysis related to: reviewing practice financials, developing forecasts and budgets, and monitoring practice billings and collections
  • Assist in oversight of contingent workforce, including contract management
  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of Professional Development budgets
  • Evaluate and process Generation and Supervision change requests on an ongoing basis
  • Create interesting and innovative forms of communication to allow the management team to effectively reach the practice

The Successful Applicant

  • Undergraduate business degree required (finance or accounting preferred), with record of high academic performance
  • High level of Excel proficiency, plus a desire to quickly learn and master new systems
  • Strong ability in broader Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
  • Must exhibit an analytical mind, a strong intellectual curiosity, and attention to detail
  • Desire to learn, grow, and seek increased responsibility
  • Ability to work closely and effectively in a team environment across all facets of the Practice and Company
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a history of automating or streamlining processes
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Interest in working in a dynamic setting and flexibility to manage time sensitive priorities
