Job Description


  • HR Risk & Operations governance including management and reporting
  • Manage key project activities in relation to HR ensuring international alignment, highlighting risks and issues and escalating where appropriate to achieve synergy across the project
  • Responsible for the HR Control Framework - control self-assessments, user access reviews and remediation, managing changes with key stakeholders as required
  • Maintain a robust change governance aligned to group policy and ensure this is adhered to by all stakeholders
  • Lead contact for examiners as well as BUCF/Compliance/Audit, co-ordination and management
  • Planning and execution of external regulatory and internal reporting requirements
  • Manage the development, maintenance and implementation of employment policies in accordance with employment law as well as Lloyds International Governance model
  • Co-ordination of process maps and desktop procedures; ensure maintenance across all areas with HR and ensure that an approach to continuous process improvement is in place
  • Oversight of HR suppliers & outsourced providers
  • Manage rapid reach reporting and maintain the business continuity plan
  • Records management - employee file quarterly review
  • In partnership with Group Policy, co-ordinate the management of International-wide activities such as the bi-annual legal policy reviews including the approach to policies in Europe
  • Responsible for knowing, understanding, and complying with all Bank and governmental rules and regulations that apply to his/her job (details of such rules and regulations can be obtained from the employee's supervisor and/or Local Compliance Department).



Responsible for reporting to the Chief Risk Officer or to the Head of Compliance any non-compliance with Lloyds Bank or governmental rules or regulations that may come to the employee's attention in the course of his/her employment

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-7 Years relevant regulatory and financial services experience.
  • Minimum Undergraduate Degree.
  • Projoect Management skills preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Managing relationships.
  • Delivering change and improvement.
  • Knowledge of business systems and tools.
