Our client is an international consumer services firm.

Job Description

Internal communications:

  • Develop and implement best-in class internal communication programs ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Plan and deliver recognition and reward programs to increase employee engagement, motivation and retention.
  • Establish an internal communications editorial calendar and build strong relationships with senior leadership to source relevant content.
  • Write content for executive communications e.g. Monthly business update.
  • Manage and deliver charity partnership initiatives and communications.
  • Confidently build trust and belief in the merit of internal communication programs amongst key senior stakeholders.
  • Measure, evaluate and report on the success of internal communications programs to demonstrate added value to the commercial business.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to copy style guidelines across all marketing channels.
  • Update and maintain the company intranet.
  • Manage the preparation and execution of a 'Bi-annual-in Review' presentation.



Event Management:

  • Manage the planning, implementation and execution of our corporate event hospitality program, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
  • Research venues and vendors including food/beverage, transportation, lodging and entertainment.
  • Draft all communications promoting the event, and coordinate event collateral with design team.
  • Measure, evaluate and report on the success of events, and proactively suggest ways to improve them moving forward.



Developing Relationships:

  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including North America MD population and marketing colleagues based in North America and London to share best practice and develop best in class communications programs and high quality content for distribution.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of corporate marketing experience in a sales oriented environment.
  • Experience managing and executing events.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
  • Proven track record of leading projects in multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Strong desire and track record to 'make a difference' and add value in the role.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills - must also have proven experience writing, editing and proofing across different channels. Excellent command of the English language and proven attention to detail.
  • Proven experience of managing a heavy workload in a pressured environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent project management capabilities to stay on top of detail, deliverables and anticipate and propose solutions to potential roadblocks to keep activities on track.
  • Knowledge of HTML & InDesign is a plus.
