Job Description

    • Work closely with the International Marketing teams to develop strategic plans for the brand in the US, in line with business and marketing objectives
    • Direct, lead and execute approved plans of both companies, including new product development, ATL and BTL communications activity
    • Lead and execute all 360 marketing campaigns in conjunction with International Marketing Team
    • Lead, execute and manage production of agreed campaigns, including attending all relevant TV and photography shoots, ensuring the essence of the brand and all campaign requirements are captured on the day
    • Lead, execute and manage the post-production and editing processes to ensure all TVCs and related marketing materials are of the highest standard and quality, and deliver to our Premium, Proven, Aspirational brand positioning
    • Collaborate with International Digital team to develop and implement social media platform/s, digital campaigns, loyalty programs and other digital assets locally
    • Manage creative and media agencies, ensuring all projects for both companies are delivered on brief, on time and within budget
    • Work closely with US Retail Marketing teams to ensure development of US retailer marketing strategies and lead the team through the creative development and execution of all branded retailer advertising content



  • Work closely with Category team to ensure post analysis of campaign activity is monitored and reported on and annual brand tracking analysis is conducted, and that all learnings and insights gained from such analysis are used in developing and implementing future plans
  • Manage and create the communication of timely and relevant information (including campaign details and NPD launch plans) to key stakeholders
  • Work closely and collaboratively with International Corporate Communications, Trade Marketing and Sales teams to achieve common business objectives
  • Work closely with Head of International Marketing Australia to support with other duties and tasks as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Creative thinker with ability to develop strategic plans
  • Knowledge of ATL marketing channels and media buying strategy including television, print and radio.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with budget management
  • Sophisticated leadership, communication, & interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills with ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships with internal departments, external agencies, suppliers and business partners
  • High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, team based environment
  • Ability and flexibility to succeed in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Passionate about a happy, healthy lifestyle



Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualified in Marketing or related discipline
  • 5 or more years experience in a marketing environment
  • End-to-end ATL marketing campaign experience across TV, radio and print
  • Experience in the development and activation of retail promotions
  • Experience and understanding of television commercial production process
  • Project management experience managing end-to-end delivery of new products to market
  • Experience in negotiating and purchasing media
