About Our Client

Our client is a Global Advertising Firm. Over the last few years they have continued to expand. They are currently seeking a Billing Coordinator to assist with their newly acquired clients.

Job Description

Billing responsibilities:

  • Prepare bi-weekly and monthly invoices
  • Verify billing formats and billing dates
  • Work with managers to ensure proper billing information
  • Sales Analysis by Customer & GL Account
  • Put Billing package together with system generated reports to forward to clients
  • Maintain customer relationships
  • Pull and Run reports from Excel

The Successful Applicant

Requirements:

  • Preferably a Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Advertising Industry a PLUS
  • MUST HAVE Donovan Data System/Media Ocean experience
  • 2-5 years of Billing experience
  • Strong Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
