About Our Client

A leading not-for-profit trade association made up of more that 1,200 product manufacturers, their representatives, importers and livestock suppliers. The mission is to promote, develop and advance the industry and to provide the services necessary to help its members prosper. The association works hard to develop programs and services which serve our members unique needs.

Job Description

  • This position will support all programs in the office.
  • Effectively lead programs and projects to achieve positive outcomes and solve problems.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for current and prospective members.
  • Maintain effective communication within the team and and external to the members.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be one that can wear many hats. One who is a self-starter, problem solver, and forward thinker. The candidate will value career longevity, personal growth, and professional development. It is important that the candidate understands the importance of value as they will be adding value internally to the association and externally to the members.

  • 2-5 years experience with customer relations or program management
  • Bachelor's Degree
