About Our Client
Our mission is to transform the airport experience to create sophisticated dining and fresh to go. We have integrated technology and design as well as locally sourced food to make the dining experience more elevated. We have usability systems for dining on iPads implemented dining programs at JFK and LaGuardia.
- Greets and assists clients
- Maintains the organization of reception area and overall office space
- Scheduling meetings and conferences
- Ordering supplies and inventory for all office needs
- Assists Executive Staff, including CEO and EA with all needs
The Successful Applicant
- 1-2 years of work experience
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Detail oriented
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
- MS Suite proficient
- Flexibility to work overtime
