Our client is a boutique investment firm. We're looking to hire an Office Manager / Executive Assistant to help manage growing office and people - the Office Manager will help make sure our office is the best place to work in San Francisco.

Job Description

* Take full ownership over our day to day operations of our office. * Overseeing supply management * Solving maintenance issues and handling communications with office vendors * Thinking a step ahead to improve upon existing processes and prepare for potential issues that come with rapidly scaling an office and team * Improve office productivity by maintaining conference room scheduling and assisting those who need space to keep their work moving forward * Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions * Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records. * Maintains office staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees * Support the Executives and Team Members in conducting all aspects of business * Analyze and organize financial reporting and ongoing legal action for all locations * Act as the primary point person for all things office related including (but not limited to): opening and closing the office, maintaining office equipment, ensuring a clean and fully stocked office and kitchen, designing and implementing office policies and procedures, event planning, and assisting HR team with onboarding of new employees * Build and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate vendor contracts and to ensure best pricing & service is provided

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree required * At least 5-8 years of Office Management or Executive Assistant experience * Experience in the industries of Financial Services, Real Estate, or Legal strongly preferred * Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills * Superior interpersonal skills with excellent written and verbal communication ability
