Job Description

  • Coordination and purchasing of all travel
  • Maintain and manage all calendar needs for various high level personnel
  • Ability to do clerical, administrative and some fiscal work
  • Deal with expenditures and all budgets
  • Ability to multitask

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 to 4 years within office administration
  • Financial and clerical background
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Committed, accurate, detail-oriented and dedicated individual
