To support the company's strategic initiatives and continued growth, The company is currently seeking top talent to join the Marketing Department as an Operations Manager: Branding & Compliance.

Job Description

  1. Manages production of detailed Compliance related research and reporting for Director of Field Support Operations, Vice President of Operations, Compliance and Marketing, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Chief Finance Officer and Chief Commercial Officer on operational performance data related to Branded accounts. Respond to unique information request from Finance Department and other departments requesting information relative to Gulf Branded activities.
  1. Oversees the calculation and distribution of over $4.2M in Rebate Incentives to Gulf branded customers annually and associated reporting
  2. To assist Director of Field Support Operations with development of $5M annual Branding Operations fiscal budget and manage approximately $1M inventory of brand imaging materials.
  3. Instructs Project Manager on specifics of assignment and provides reporting guidance for output. Signs off on all reports destined for senior management to ensure accuracy and readability of information.
  1. Oversees Project Manager's efforts to Brand and Debrand between 200 and 400 customer facilities annually. Defines and executes orders for new branding materials for new and existing branded facilities, according to Sunrise Image Specifications Guide or the Wave Image Specifications Guide (as applicable). Manages availability and timely delivery of all supplies and materials in a cost effective manner. Work with the Director, Field Support Operations and the Vice President of Operations, Compliance and Marketing to determine solutions for non-standard usage of the brands.

The Successful Applicant

2 years Marketing Support or Customer Service or Marketing.

An understanding of P&L Statements, Operational sales data and Budget Analysis.

Advanced Excel skills (i.e. Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, etc.) and Superior

PC Skills with database downloads and exports.
