About Our Client

Our client is a growing consumer goods company located in El Segundo, CA.

Job Description

  • Provide support to Operations team and Account Managers as required on new domestic account set-ups, including but not limited to, EDI compliance by Regal EDI team
  • Continuously assess work processes and document procedures for the US domestic sales / supply flow
  • Processing orders using the Pronto System on a daily basis, including both EDI and manually transmitted Purchase Orders
  • Monitoring back-orders and releasing any other dated orders as they fall due. Printing back-orders as required. Liaising with relevant Account Managers for the release/cancellation of orders
  • Keeping Customers, Account Managers and Agents updated with order status where necessary
  • Ensuring the management of Regal Logistics on-line portal, updating all orders for acceptance, rejection or change
  • Maintaining all outstanding domestic orders, so to that item detail, pricing, and order status are correct and accurate at all times

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Account Relationship Management
  • Experience in processing orders, logistics, sales order entry
  • Good conceptual ability, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Methodical and attentive to detail
  • Sales order entry and processing experience
  • Demonstrable experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple locations
