Originally developed on the Atlantic market with a focus on air and sea imports and exports they have expanded their services to new lanes in order to meet the customer's demand. This includes but is not limited to express courier and road transportation service across the globe.

Job Description

The Operations Manager with report into the Branch Manager for the Miami location and will handle all aspects of customer service in regards to both domestic and international shipping. The role will require independent decision making and problem solving capabilities in a small office setting. High visibility role with opportunity to create an excellent internal brand within a global organization.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding
  • Air and Ocean Import experience is preferred
  • Fluent knowledge of Spanish and English is required (Italian is a plus!)
  • Customer service orientation and attitude
