About Our Client

My client is a prominent, national OPM Firm who is looking to expand into the Boston market. They are looking for an experienced Assistant Superintendent to coordinate and oversee the project in the field through interaction with subcontractors, stakeholders, and team members.

Job Description

The OPM Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for:

Oversight and review of the engineering and design documents

  • Manage weekly construction schedule
  • Document the progress of construction through daily reports
  • Maintain constant communication with the Project Manager and stakeholders
  • Manage all field labor and subcontractors

The Successful Applicant

The ideal OPM Assistant Project Manager will have:

  • Very strong communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in construction field management
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
