Job Description

  • Process bi-weekly payroll timely & accurately for all employees: hourly and salary.
  • Prepare accounting journal entries with appropriate support for all payroll needs.
  • Reconcile and validate payroll transactions prior to submission.
  • Maintain employee 401k deferrals in payroll system.
  • Verify time off accruals for employeees (vacation, sick).
  • Ensure and maintain all HR records/personnel files/informational accurately.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or any equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years Payroll related business experience.
  • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now required.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
