Global Investment Bank in the Banking and Financial Services Industry located in the Midtown, Manhattan area.

Job Description

Payroll Consultant's Responsiblities will include:

  • Responsible for overseeing and processing multi-state payroll for approximately 600 employees on a semi-monthly basis
  • Entering and managing data in our HR and Payroll System (UltiPro) - this includes entering new hires, payroll changes (i.e. direct deposit, taxes, benefits, transit, garnishments, etc.), and updating employee records as needed
  • Preparing import files for commissions, expenses, expat payroll, overtime to be loaded into UltiPro for payroll
  • Create basic ad-hoc reports through UltiPro
  • Respond to employees regarding payroll related questions
  • Assist with scheduling interviews for internship program
  • Working on special projects within the HR department as needed
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

The Successful Applicant

Ideal Payroll Consultant's Profile will include:

  • Banking and Financial Services Background
  • Ultipro Systems is a plus
  • Reporting directly to Senior Management within previous roles
  • 1-10 year's of Payroll/Admin experience
