About Our Client

Our client is a media advertising agency headquartered in Manhattan

Job Description

  • Reconcile employee payroll accounts
  • Enter and maintain, employee direct deposits, garnishments, tax status changes
  • Sorts and distributes checks to various departments
  • Keep track of Leave time such as PTO and Sick Leave for employees
  • Liaise with Human Resources to ensure employee benefit related deductions are processed appropriately and correctly

The Successful Applicant

  • Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of payroll processing experience
  • Experience with ADP PayExpert a plus
  • Ability to multitask
