Job Description

The Payroll Manager will:

  • Employee relations
  • Vendor Management
  • Time-keeping via ADP
  • Prepare and manage weekly and bi-weekly payroll
  • Investigate variances and communicate with upper management
  • Compliance with federal/state/local laws
  • Act as point of contact for Directors
  • Establish audit procedures, schedule and review processes
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up to date
  • Partner with corporate accounting, tax and HR teams
  • Training and development of payroll employees
  • Ad hoc payroll projects

The Successful Applicant

The Payroll Manager will have:

  • ADP experience
  • Hospitality experience a MUST
  • Prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Problem resolution
  • Employee relations, point of contact experience
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience ensuring compliance
