About Our Client

Our client is a growing Healthcare Non-profit organization focused on Housing, Homecare, Residential Healthcare, and Senior Services. They are seeking a Payroll Manager to join their expanding Accounting/Finance Department.

Job Description

The Payroll Manager will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining payroll information/tables/files
  • Prepare reports and provide payroll information by reviewing/compiling summaries
  • Maintain internal controls by writing and updating policies and procedures
  • Assist in centralizing payroll systems
  • Work with several agencies to ensure a smooth payroll process
  • Oversee a staff of 3

The Successful Applicant

Candidates for the Payroll Manager position must exhibit the following attributes:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience with Paycom, ADP and Paypro - MUST
  • Experience Managing a team
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Experience developing process and procedures for the department
