About Our Client

Luxury Retail Organization

Job Description

  • Input payroll hours for hourly and salaried employees
  • Process all employee payroll changes (status changes, direct deposits, W4,I-9, etc.)
  • Input new hires into payroll system
  • Process all benefits enrollment forms and terminations, including Medical, Dental and 401K
  • Process all forms and terminations, as directed
  • Maintain employee files (electronic and paper)
  • Provide outstanding customer service to our internal customers - the employees
  • Track all employees' sick and vacation time for Retail/Retail Development
  • Provide support to the stores/ Shop in Shops regarding all payroll related questions
  • Process manuals and voids as needed



The Successful Applicant

  • Prior Retail payroll experience preferred or 1+ years in a Finance or Admin position
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent computer skills - primarily Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to deal with fast-paced environment and to multitask
