Michael Page is a leading global recruitment firm specializing in Accounting and Finance recruitment in the Greater Philadelphia market.
- Administer multi-state payroll system for all company employees: preparing and processing.
- Review and verify employees' timecards for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate payroll records for all employees.
- Verify payroll reconciliations for multi-state and quarterly filings.
- Record and process Expense Reimbursements.
- Record payroll journal entries.
- Other duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- 3-5 years related experience.
- Experience with multi-state payroll system.
- Knowledge of GAAP.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
