Job Description

  • Enter and maintain employee direct deposits, garnishments, and tax status changes
  • Reconcile employee payroll accounts
  • Sort and distribute checks to various departments
  • Keep track of leave time such as PTO and Sick Leave for employees
  • Assistance with workers compensation

The Successful Applicant

  • Associates degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
  • 2+ years of payroll experience
  • 2+ years experience in non profit
  • Paychex experience a must
