Product Manager - Analytical Instrumentation

About Our Client
The company is a rapdily growing start up business focused on manufacturing technically advanced analytical instrumentation equipment across 45 countries and some of the largest blue chip customers globally.
- Product Management: Product positioning, marketing (messaging, awareness, lead generation, promotions), development and maintenance of sales tools, product line pricing/margins. The Product Manager is the primary interface between Sales/Service and R&D and works closely with Marketing Communications and Sales to ensure that products are properly positioned in alignment with strategy and are properly supported with communications, sales, and competitive tools, programs, and promotions.
- Technical Sales Support: Provide pre and post sales technical and application support. Conduct customer presentations and run customer samples when required. Promote and evaluate products through participation, publishing and presenting at trade shows, conferences, events, and individual customer presentations.
- Develop and maintain a five-year Product Roadmap.
- Develop and maintain a five-year Science/Technology Roadmap. Keep abreast of new technologies for possible integration into company products. Advance product ideas, technological improvements and features.
The Successful Applicant
BS - Engineering, Physics or closely related field. MBA or Ph.D preferred.
Product Management or sales support experience.
