Job Description

This role will have direct interaction with manufacturers to improve both quality and efficiency on a daily basis. It will be constantly challenged by a rapidly growing and evolving company to bring innovation and modern manufacturing techniques to an industry ripe with opportunity. It will work with cross functional team members from every facet of the organization to develop and implement both internal and external improvements in a fast paced and extremely dynamic environment.


  • Identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing quality, optimization, and standardization at our contract manufacturing facilities
  • Partner with our contract facilities to develop and implement plans to realize improvement
  • Develop meaningful partnerships with contract facility's management and workers to leverage for process improvement
  • Identify root causes of defects based on error reports and customer feedback information
  • Insure that implemented processes are working and are followed
  • Develop and implement certified QC Auditor program
  • Reports directly to VP of Production

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • B.S. In Engineering Degree (IE preferred)
  • 5-7 years of manufacturing experience
  • Experience working on cross functional continuous improvement projects
  • Able to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Willing to travel domestically
  • Experience leading project implementation
  • Comfortable on manufacturing floor
  • Familiar with Six-Sigma, SPC, and/ or Lean methodologies
  • Certification in either is a plus
  • Self-motivated; can identify and drive improvement on their own
  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships and uphold and represent the standards and values of the brand

*experience in textiles a plus!
