About Our Client
A historic premier manufacture of cookies, cakes and breads. Since 1943 the bakeries four have come together to build an international food production facility of the highest quality kosher deserts in the country.
Assign personnel to work tasks and schedules.
Supervise output and maintain production rates set for all machines.
Ensure that quality standards are being met.
Ensure that all safety procedures are being followed.
Troubleshoot machine issues.
Manage shift employee relations, appraising performance, resolving conflicts.
Be responsible for achieving all operational goals and KPI's
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will posses:
A bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
5+ years experience in Food Production, Bakery experience preferred
Effective communicator and leader for employees, direct reports, cross-functional teams and executive leadership
Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data
Highest levels of integrity and ethics
Must be flexible to work weekends and/or night shifts
