About Our Client

Our client is a General Contractor with a good reputation and a loyal client base. They are currently looking for a Project Executive who will be overseeing junior members of the staff and managing Operations of the business. This person may at some times be tasked with Project Management, but the day to day responsibilities of this person are to manage the business.

Job Description

The Project Executive/Director of Construction will:

  • Take ownership for managing operations on a day to day basis
  • Mentor and guide junior staff to promote growth
  • Interface with clients at the highest level
  • Perform Project Management Responsibilities as needed for building and construction projects
  • Report daily to the office in and around the Acton area

The Successful Applicant

The Project Executive/Director of Construction should have:

  • 10+ years of experience working for a General Contractor on commercial construction projects
  • The ideal candidate will have experience on large complex projects
  • Managed staff on projects from concept through completion
