Our client is a rapidly­ growing, multi­faceted agency in the technology space whose mission is to foster digital transformation for businesses and organizations and support them in the adoption of the latest disruptive technologies and services. For the past 5 years, the company has helped more than 200 clients through the execution of tech events and digital strategies. We have offices in the US and Europe and our clients include tech industry leaders such as Intel, HP, Samsung, Salesforce.com, as well as brands like L'Oreal, Mercedes, NBC, Universal and others.

Job Description

  • Define client needs
  • Identify project scope
  • Determine project specifications and communicate with internal stakeholders - i.e. logistics and community outreach
  • Deliver project objectives within time, resources and budget constraints while working closely with a production team
  • Copywriting of websites and Eventbrite pages, materials for digital campaigns, value propositions, survival guides for events, etc.
  • Execute targeted outreach and recruitment projects when applicable - i.e. content creation and syndication projects
  • Host/MC and/or direct hackathons and other BMA events
  • Successful project closure with client and reporting (both internal and external) including: deliver project completion report - within 24-48 hours after project completion
  • Create and update project dashboard and include most relevant data based on project requirements daily - SHARE WITH CLIENT
  • Create slack channel for your project, invite all internal stakeholders and include all relevant documents and dashboards; - Create and update your PM to-do list on Trello account daily.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in Project Management, Client Services, Account Management, or other professional services
  • Strong, professionally written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate will be result driven and possess a keen attention to detail with exceptional follow-through
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusting client relationships
  • Proactive, independent worker with a demonstrated capacity to show initiative
  • Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and apply new information
  • Previous experience in customer support or marketing
  • Proficiency with Google apps, Gmail, Microsoft Office and iWork applications, including Word and Excel, PowerPoint and Keynote


  • Bachelor's

    Required experience:
  • Project Management or Event Production: 1 year
