Job Description

Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Management and supervision of assigned projects
  • Prepare and administer bids
  • Overseeing the GCs schedule
  • Partake in and lead construction meetings
  • Prepare cost estimates
  • Review RFI submittals
  • Able to complete projects cradle to grave
  • Able to complete projects and job duties without direct supervision

The Successful Applicant

Project Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in construction management, building construction, civil engineering, or architecture
  • Pre-construction knowledge and experience
  • Mixed-use, multi-family, office OR hotel experience
  • Permitting experience preferred
  • Estimating experience preferred
  • 5-10 years of project management experience
