About Our Client

Our client is an international Real Estate and Property organization with an impressive portfolio of properties in the North East of the United States. On the back of a successful 2015 they are seeking to grow their Manhattan based operation and as such are looking to recruit a Property Administrator.

Job Description

Property Administrator:

Maintains database(s) and/or tracking logs related to our client's real estate department functions;
enters data or verifies information for accuracy; updates database(s) as needed; prints reports;
files or submits documents/reports to appropriate department or director/manager for both
Property Management and Accounting.

  • Copy, Scanning and maintain files for accounts payable
  • Prepares complex, routine and non-routine reports; receives, sorts, and summarizes material for the preparation of reports; prepares work reports from various programs or excel.
  • Performs basic accounting and/or tax functions as applicable.
  • Performs administrative support functions, direct clients interface, as well as, performing general housekeeping functions.
  • Formats and types letters, memos, forms, labels, agendas, notices, reports, requests for proposals, news releases, contracts or other correspondence on a computer or typewriter and proofs correspondence and related documents of staff.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate shall have the following:

  • Degree educated
  • Career motivated
  • A background within the Real Estate and Property industry
  • Preferably Manhattan based
