About Our Client

Our client specializes in control equity investments and leveraged buyouts of proven lower middle market North American (US or Canada) headquartered businesses.

Job Description

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Coordination of travel arrangements
  • Organization of records
  • Processing of internal reimbursements
  • Assisting with marketing efforts
  • Liaise will all members of the team and assist with adhoc projects
  • Part-time position: 20-25 hours/week with potential for adding more hours moving forward

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
  • Experience in the Financial Services Industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
  • Candidate must be polished, professional and willing to work part-time
