Job Description


  • QUALITY ASSURANCE: Monitor quality of our products in all warehouses and stores in all key market areas. Audit warehouses and investigate any quality issues related to production, transportation, handling and storage processes. Report all quality issues to Quality Control Department (MX) and participate in improving overall quality. Work with Quality Control Department (MX) to identify causes of quality issues and to determine procedure to resolve them. Participate with Quality Control Department (MX) for continuous improvement of our quality processes.
  • RESEARCH INNOVATION: Research new ideas and concepts and discuss with Marketing Director and Brand Managers for brand stretching and expanding our portfolio of products. Brain storm new ideas with Marketing Department, R&D and Procurement Department. Participate in Marketing Department's efforts to achieve short term, mid-term and long term company goals.
  • SEARCH PRIVATE LABEL PACKAGERS: Work with Sourcing Manager, Marketing Team, Purchasing Department (MX), R&D (MX), Quality Control Department (MX) and Accounting Department to find suitable co-packers based on product, quality, price, ability and location to improve company bottom line.
  • REGULATORY COMPLIANCE: Maintain disinfectant registrations with EPA and States. Register new products and / or delete old registrations as required. Coordinate activities with Marketing Team, Sales Department, R&D (MX) and Legal Department (MX) to ensure regulatory compliance. Alert everybody involved regarding new regulations and devise plan to comply with them. Work with Customer Service and Logistic Department to dispose or donate defective, surplus or off-spec products in compliance with regulations in most economical manner.
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE: Help customers with information about our products, their proper use, applications and resolve any issues they may have. Improve customer experience and boost brand loyalty of our products. Involve Brand Managers in customer interaction by scheduling weekly calls. Maintain daily log of all calls received by our 800 Telephone Number Service.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors Degree (Chemistry or Chemical Engineering preferred)
  • 5+ years experience preferred
  • Strong analytic background in reference to quality
  • Customer Oriented and Service focused
  • Ability to act independently and clear decision making capability
