Job Description

  • Receive calls and visitors and ensure all calls/visitors are dealt with promptly and courteously.
  • Receive and correctly route incoming calls.
  • Take and distribute accurate messages.
  • Greet visitors/calls and determine the nature of their visit/call.
  • Perform other administrative tasks when needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years receptionist and/or administrative experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, customer-service oriented.
