About Our Client

My client is a full service PR agency that partners with emerging and established brands on a global scale. They have over 300 accounts and are quickly expanding!

Job Description

  • Answer, screen and redirect incoming calls.
  • Greet guests and visitors as they are escorted to the proper manager.
  • Support multiple departments collating, mail merging, updating Advisory Board changes in Client Relational Management System (CRM), tracking National Meeting Exhibitor registrations and other tasks as necessary.
  • Schedule conference room days, dates and times.
  • Manage distribution of incoming and outgoing UPS, FedEx and other shipments.
  • Maintain all faxes received electronically through fax utility software.

The Successful Applicant

  • 0-2 years of experience required.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 Suite.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and confidence when interacting with all levels of management throughout company.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and problem solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
