Job Description


  • Answering multi-line phone, screening calls, transferring calls, and taking messages
  • Greeting visitors, vendors, and clients
  • Ordering, maintaining inventory, and stocking both office and kitchen supplies
  • Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assisting with overflow duties from other departments which can be handled from the front desk
  • Administrative work

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years as a receptionist
  • Excellent presentation
  • Great communication skills
