Job Description

Provide those who walk into the office with a polite and courteous reception with the best customer service. You must be someone who is able to operate all calls - both incoming and outgoing - as well as all mail service. Your role in integral in the support of all administrative departments as there might be several projects you could be placed on.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office
  • Manage all incoming phone calls and redirect to appropriate team member
  • Proactive in any issues that may arise
  • Maximize the security of the office especially within all phone conversations
  • Perform all clerical tasks (word processing, conference room booking, travel agent contact, invoice checking, etc.)
  • Follow directions given in a timely manner and with urgency
  • Someone who has worked in a corporate environment
