Job Description

  • Meet and great incoming clients and escort them to meeting rooms
  • Answer incoming phone calls regarding any questions or concerns
  • Screen emails and sort mail it reaches the correct employees
  • Complete any additional administrative duties as required

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Some experience in a customer service/receptionist role
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Strong communication skills
