Job Description

You will the face of the company based front of house and responsible for providing an outstanding service to clients and staff, meeting and greeting visitors, managing all incoming calls and emails, assisting with events and catering requirements, setting up meeting rooms, managing expenses, booking travel for MD, Managing the MD's diary and ad-hoc administration tasks.

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you will need previous experience in a similar role, be well presented with a bright and positive nature. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask and time manage effectively. Strong Microsoft Office skills is a must.
