Job Description

Managing and streamlining all aspects of the recruitment process including job description creation, job postings, sourcing, scheduling, interviewing and extend/negotiate offers across the company.

Working with hiring managers to ensure a smart hiring process, excellent candidate experience and smooth onboarding transition.

Proactively building a talent pipeline for future hiring needs both fulltime and freelance.

Coach and guide managers and leaders through complex and nuanced conversations, as well as key aspects of the recruitment workflow

Develop an innovative recruiting strategy Source passive candidates through social media, career sites, employee referrals, and network.

The Successful Applicant

Must Have:

Minimum of 3-6 years of advertising or media recruiting experience.

Bachelor's degree from top university Exceptional networking and relationship-building skill-set and orientation.

Experience with leveraging social media for talent acquisition.
