Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting talent who exhibit organizational values and the required skillset for open positions
  • Ability to handle 20+ open requistions at once
  • Actively builds talent pool by actively researching and contacting various outlets
  • Effectively work with hiring managers and Human Resource business partners to determine applicant requirements by becoming familiar with job descriptions and qualifications
  • Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; escorting applicant to interviews
  • Assit with onboarding
  • Work harmoniously with team members to move organizational HR objectives and goals forward
