Job Description

- Focus on full-cycle recruitment for full time hires including: assisting managers with writing job descriptions, posting job, sourcing and scheduling candidates, manage applicant tracking system

- Take the lead in candidate sourcing, phone screens, in-person interviews and offer management

- Manage on boarding process for new hires

The Successful Applicant

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field or a combination of education and

equivalent work experience

- Minimum of 5-7 years of recruitment experience.

- Excellent communication verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent organizational and project management skills
