Job Description

What is the job?

Recruitment Consultants are responsible for identifying talented professionals and place them in new roles with our clients.

We manage the full recruitment cycle. This means you are responsible for:

- Business development to develop relationships with hiring managers

- Candidate recruitment - source, interview candidates

- Arrange and attend client meetings, prepare client presentations

- Client and candidate entertainment

- Manage a portfolio of open job requisitions, arrange candidates for interviews and negotiate offers

You will join a team of recruiters and have clear targets for weekly/monthly.quarterly/yearly targets as well as team targets and goals to for the team to reach.

The Successful Applicant

College Degree

1-3 years work experience post college

Experience can vary, we are looking to hire candidates that are seeking a sales/business development role within a performance-based culture.
