Job Description


The Recruiter will need to create innovative and effective recruiting strategies to meet the business needs of the company for all of their US Networks.

In addition, this person will touch upon working with the international and other recruiters to help build pipeline in other networks too.

This Recruiter will be consultative and will provide their expertise to hiring managers on strategic recruiting and staffing issues.

This individual will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment. Including but not limited to:

Strategically sourcing candidates for hiring managers to provide a diverse pool of qualified candidates for specific openings.

Conduct phone screens and interviews with prospective candidates.

Responsible for completing candidate references, background and drug-testing.

Extend offers and do negotiation on behalf of the business and candidates.

Ensure all new hire processing and onboarding is set up for start date.

Provide hiring managers with communication regarding compliant company policies and procedures related to recruitment activities.

Provide guidance and assistance to hiring managers with regard to recruitment activities including recruitment strategies, interviewing procedures, and job posting processes.

Establishes and maintains all employment vendor relations Responsible for updating of applicant tracking system and perform administrative tasks to ensure documentation is completed in an accurate manner.

The Successful Applicant


Bachelor's degree or above 2 plus years' experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a media or related industry.

Can handle a high volume of open positions effectively.

Experience with Internet recruiting sources, Applicant Tracking Systems and HR systems.

Must be familiar with current laws/legal requirements concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
