PageGroup is a market leading executive recruitment firm and is looking for eager upcoming college graduates to join the team this summer as a paid Resourcing Consultant in an 8 week long Sales Training Program. Job Description

Team catch-up

There's a collaborative team working environment at PageGroup. Our bonus structure encourages team effort and genuinely supporting your fellow consultants.

Sales calling

This is an important part of growing our client base and organization, and usually involves contacting potential new clients or past clients to promote our service and hopefully win their business. It takes persistence, patience, persuasion and great communication.

Client meeting

Although gaining new business is essential, it's just as important to nurture existing client relationships, involving regular updates and face-to-face meetings about their current and future requirements.

Candidate meeting

Meeting with candidates will be a large part of your role, helping to establish what they're looking for from their career and helping to match them with the right opportunity.

Candidate calling

This is important to maintaining close connections with your candidate database and involves regularly checking in with them.

Daily sales wrap-up and activity review

Regular reviews and appraisals with your team or a one-on-one with your manager help you to monitor your performance and get support where needed.

Team social

Your day can often be very busy, but this is balanced by a sociable atmosphere and the option to attend regular team events.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people and developing professional relationships.

The Successful Applicant

What you need:

  • Expected Bachelor's Degree earned in 2014 with a minimum GPA of a 3.0
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Extracurricular interests - what are you passionate about outside of the office?
  • A positive, go-getter attitude in combination with a "nothing will stop me" mentality
  • Previous sales experience is preferred!
