Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to maintain and develop strong client relationships and networks with the prospect to quickly grow into a managerial role within Michael Page. It offers the potential to work with a global brand, help establish new offices in the US and provides both professional and financial rewards.



As an Executive Search Professional you are responsible for all steps of the recruitment process including developing and maintaining client relationships, identifying and managing candidates. You will be responsible for conducting in-person interviews with candidates and on-site client meetings with a view to developing your own, and Michael Page's, reputation in the market. Specific responsibilities include:



* Maintaining and developing strong client relationships by providing excellent customer service.

* Pitch new business, negotiate contract terms and work with candidates to understand their backgrounds.

* Source suitable candidates by developing an expertise in the New York market, building strong professional networks and providing excellent customer service.

* Become an expert in your market by gathering industry intelligence to map out organizational structures used for client pitches and successful completion of projects.

* The successful individual will have an opportunity to grow into a managerial role, help build new business areas and potentially lead the Michael Page expansion to new locations.

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with peolpe and developing professional relationships. Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential. Other requirements include

* 1-7 years experience in Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Tax or Finance

* Strong track record of academic and professional achievement

* Entrepreneurial drive

* Experience in a team environment or athletics a plus

* Must have strong communication skills: verbal and written

* Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.

* Must want to work in a high energy, resulted oriented environment
