Recruitment Consultants are responsible for identifying talented professionals and place them in new roles with our clients.
We manage the full recruitment cycle. This means you are responsible for:
-Business development to develop relationships with hiring managers
-Candidate recruitment - source, interview candidates
-Arrange and attend client meetings, prepare client presentations
-Manage a portfolio of open job requisitions, arrange candidates for interviews and negotiate offers
You will join a team of recruiters and have clear targets for weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly targets as well as team targets and goals
The Successful Applicant
1-3 years work experience
Experience can vary - we are looking to hire individuals that are seeking a sales/business development role within a performance-based culture
