Job Description

As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will:

  • Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
  • Build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
  • Offer resume, interview and general career advice to candidates
  • Network and develop new business; target clients that are relevant to your specialized recruitment focus
  • Attend off-site visits with clients to further develop those relationships
  • Develop sales skills and management skills

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications for an Associate Recruitment Consultant:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
  • Interest or experience in a fast-paced, sales oriented environment
  • 0-5 years professional experience
  • A self-starter with the desire to build a career
  • Enormous enthusiasm, energy and commitment to the job
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a high-pressure/fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
