Job Description

The primary responsibility of the Recruitment Consultant is to generate and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates and clients. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Meeting weekly business development goals
  • Sourcing and contacting candidates by utilizing the methods and tools as provided by Michael Page
  • Making strong sales pitches on behalf of both clients and candidates
  • Maintaining a strong book of business

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to act effectively as an individual and member of a team
  • High-energy, competitive individual
