The Recruitment Consultant handles all full desk recruitment responsibilities.
Consistently sourcing, interviewing and connecting with top talent in specific regional markets
Proper vetting of candidates including experience level, relevance to industry, education level, salary expectations and reason for seeking alternative employment opportunities
Actively connecting, marketing and selling to clients within target industry.
Sales conducted through phone, email and face-to-face interactions
Connecting qualified candidates with hiring managers that are seeking to add individuals to their specific organization through interviews (phone, video and in-person)
Updating candidates on open opportunities and creating connections off of candidate needs and client expectations to make proper placements
The Successful Applicant
1-2 years of Sales experience
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
