Job Description

The Recruitment Coordinator will:

  • Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and match candidates with appropriate jobs and clients to create fits that work well
  • Search for candidates using leads and online networks
  • Identify top talent and conduct phone screens and interviews to push forward the best of the best
  • Summarize and share top candidates and their experience
  • Develop pipelines for future placements and business development

The Successful Applicant

The ideal Recruitment Coordinator must have:

  • Able to set goals and self-evaluate
  • Knowledge of inner workings of supply chain and procurement
  • Knowledge of HR practices
  • Affinity for constant interpersonal communication
  • Ability to read between the lines and locate passionate individuals with potential
  • Excellent and professional communication
  • Understanding of personal branding
  • Competitive spirit
  • Bachelor's Degree, strongly preferred
