Job Description

  • Source and pipeline nationwide for active and passive talent.
  • Conduct market research on candidate data including skill sets, demographics and hiring trends.
  • Search on traditional and non-traditional data sources: job boards, internal databases, search engines and social media.
  • Write, edit and post job descriptions, social media and emails.
  • Collaborate with team members to create innovative sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze data to drive sourcing decisions and support leaders with information to grow the business.
  • Other ad hoc projects when assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 0-2 years related experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • Strong sense of urgency; team player.
